Source: RT Rather than being taken to jail, sex workers apprehended on the streets of Phoenix, Arizona are being handcuffed and brought to a church, where they can decide if they would rather be incarcerated by the state or undergo diversion therapy. The policy, known as Project ROSE, is a Phoenix program that, according to Vice News, has aimed to help more than 350 people since it began in 2011. Two men have been arrested by state police in Herkimer, NY on charges of sexual misconduct with farm animals after being caught on camera. Police said the owner of a local farm was concerned when his cows stopped producing and seemed anxious. The farmer set up a surveillance camera in the barn and soon realized the cows were being abused. The farmer contacted police with the evidence. Investigation revealed that 35-year-old Michael Jones from Ilion agreed to videotape 31 year-old Reid Fontaine as he allegedly attempted to have sexual contact with several cows.
